Sounds of the Zoo is a free, seven-day, artist-driven multicultural music festival held each year in downtown Kalamazoo. Established in 2022, the festival is now in its fourth year and remains rooted in its mission of “Creating Change Through Music.” More than just a celebration of sound, Sounds of the Zoo is a community-focused movement that uses the power of music to inspire, unite, and elevate people from all walks of life.
